Fall 2021 COVID survey results and info concerning.

Dear Colleagues: Please find below the staff survey results regarding a few covid issues.  You will notice there is a wide variety of opinions and thoughts.  Vice President Tim Larsen and I attended the community meeting regarding mask wearing last night at GMHS.  A majority of the parents in attendance were anti mask and the meeting did get contentious at times.  The Negotiating Team will meet with the Superintendent and School Committee this morning to continue to work on these issues.  A formal School Committee vote regarding mask wearing will occur on August 26th.  MTA has overwhelmingly voted at the state level for universal masking in all public schools.  As of right now, the Governor nor DESE has placed any mask mandate on any district. Survey results non-chart form. Survey results in chart form. Thanks Joe

Finally, the School Committee is set to vote on this issue at t...
